None of the medical problems should pose serious long-term issues, nonetheless, doctors did not want the babies released until they were stabilized.

BET Awards 2017: Full List Of Winners

This year's BET Awards had a star-studded lineup of performers and nominees, all serving as representatives of the culture as Beyonce led the nominees with seven nominations including Album of The Year and Best Female R&B/Pop Artist while Bruno Mars follows behind with 5 nominations that also includes Album of the Year.

Chance The Rapper was honored with the Humanitarian Award notably for his philanthropic efforts in his hometown of Chicago, and was also featured in the Best New Artist category alongside Cardi B, Young M.A., 21 Savage, & Khalid.

Akon unsuccessfully crowd surfs, falls to the floor during a show in Canada

Akon was the latest to try crowd surfing during a show in Edmonton, Canada on June 19, and he failed miserably.

The “Smack that” artist was seen struggling to catch his balance as screaming fans tugged on his hands. Thankfully, it looks like he was able to find his footing on an elevated stage as fans raged around him, but it only got worse from there. After holding what appeared to be a disco ball, Akon let go, assuming the belly flop position and falling face first into a pile of fans. What’s even crazier than the sight of seeing him get swallowed by the crowd, is that the rest of the audience continued to party as if nothing happened. Eventually, Akon found his way out of the rabbit hole and even managed to successfully crowd surf his way onto the main stage.

Artists need to stop taking a nose dive into crowds of fans.
